Explor-A-Stories provide a concrete, practical, and convenient way to implement a highly engaging science experience in the classroom. Students get to be part of their very own story as they act much like true scientists do in our world today. At 4-5 key points in each story (noted in red ink), the teacher will pause the story to allow students to be active participants in the exploration - observing, manipulating, explaining, or discussing their ideas before the story continues. The story will then proceed until the next significant situation calls on the skills of the student explorers.
